Yes. Once your poster ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can follow your package from our print partner all the way to your door.

Your digital film is delivered by email within 24 hours — nothing to ship. Posters are a physical product, so they need to be printed (2–4 days) and then physically delivered by courier (4–9 days).

We only print after you've approved your final artwork, which guarantees you love what arrives at your door.

For digital films, your 24-hour delivery works for almost any deadline. For posters, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your gift date to allow for print + shipping + potential revisions.

We'll send a replacement free of charge. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll process a reprint and reshipment right away.

Yes — as long as your poster hasn't been printed yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and the new address. Once the poster has been handed to the courier, we can't reroute it.

For most destinations, no — we print locally within major regions whenever possible. For orders outside our main regions, there may be a small customs fee depending on your country's policies. These fees (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
