What if something changes?
A few common "what if" questions we get about the process.
What if I don't like the first version?
No problem — that's exactly why we built the revision process. You get up to 3 rounds of revisions included, free. Most customers end up loving their film after 1-2 rounds.
If after all 3 rounds we still haven't nailed it, you're eligible for a full refund per our refund policy.
What if my photos aren't the best quality?
We can work with most photos as long as faces are clearly visible. If your photos are too blurry or too small, we'll reach out before starting production so you can send alternatives.
Selfies, portraits, and group photos all work great. Heavy filters or very dark photos are harder — share something closer to natural lighting if possible.
What if I need it by a specific date?
First previews arrive within 24 hours of ordering. Add up to 1-2 days for any revisions you request. For digital films, ordering 3–4 days before your deadline is safe.
For physical posters, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before to allow for print (2–4 days) and shipping (4–9 days). Need it faster? Contact us and we'll do our best.
What if I change my mind after ordering?
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering if we haven't started production yet. Just contact us. After production begins, you're covered by the revision and refund process.
