How long does delivery take?
Your personalized film is delivered digitally within 24–48 hours of ordering. You'll receive an email with a private review link as soon as it's ready — no printing, no shipping delays.
What if I don't love the final film?
We include one free revision with every order — just tell us what to change and our editors will rebuild the scenes. If it still doesn't feel right, we refund 100% of your purchase. No questions asked.
How many photos do you need from us?
One clear, front-facing photo per character works best. Good lighting and a visible face give our artists enough to capture the likeness. More photos are welcome but not required.
Can I see a preview before the final film?
Yes — our configurator shows a Pixar-style preview of each character before you check out, so you know exactly what to expect.
Is this a good gift idea?
It's our most-loved use case. The film is delivered digitally, so you can time it perfectly with an anniversary, birthday, wedding, or surprise moment. Reaction videos are our favorite customer replies.
Can I add more than 2 people?
Yes — you can add a third character for $5.99 in the configurator. Pets can also appear in the story, just tell us about them in your brief.
