For pets mentioned in your story (without an uploaded photo), we render a generic friendly version — no extra cost.

Yes. If you mention a pet in your story, we'll include it as a supporting character. If you want the pet to look like your actual pet, upload a photo — for more accurate rendering, select the "extra character" add-on during checkout.

You receive your final film as a high-quality MP4 file in 1080p HD, perfect for sharing on any device or social platform. You can download it directly or share the private viewing link.

All our films use a signature cinematic Pixar-inspired style. This is what makes Custom Love Story recognizable and beautiful. We don't currently offer alternative styles, but we're always refining our look based on customer feedback.

Yes. At checkout you can choose male or female voice for the narrator. The voice is carefully crafted to match the emotion of your story.

Voices are available in English (US/UK) and German.

All films include a licensed music track. With the 120-second film, we create a fully custom AI-composed song inspired by your story — with lyrics tailored to your names, memories, and key moments.

You can also add a custom song to any shorter film for $5.99.

Absolutely. Your film is yours to share anywhere — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reels, Stories, or just with friends and family. We love seeing customer films posted online!

Yes. When you receive your preview link, you can request up to 3 revision rounds at no extra charge. Use the built-in review tool to highlight exactly what you'd like changed — scene by scene.

Each revision is usually completed within 24-48 hours.

Almost anything:

• Character appearance (hair, eyes, clothing)
• Scene details (locations, activities)
• Story text or voiceover wording
• Music or song lyrics (if applicable)
• Background elements

We can't change the overall Pixar-style animation, but within that style we're very flexible.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee. If after going through the revision process you're still not happy with your film, contact us within 14 days of final delivery and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Our goal is for every customer to love their film. If you don't, we don't deserve your money.

Technical issues (video glitches, audio sync problems, corrupted files) are fixed free of charge and don't count against your revision rounds. Just let us know via the review tool or contact page.

You have 14 days from receiving your preview link to request revisions. After 14 days without feedback, we assume you're happy with the film and finalize delivery.

Once you approve your film, you'll receive a final email with a download button. Click it to save the MP4 file to your device. The download link stays active for 90 days.

Your photos are used exclusively to create your film. We never share them with third parties or use them for marketing without your explicit permission. You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
